About Trust

The Trust named as “UJINA WALE BALA JI MAHARAJ SEWA TRUST” has been established at Delhi on 11.08.2018 by Mr. Hemraj S/o Sh. Laxminarayan Shastri. This Trust has been created for the sake of peoples good.

AIM & OBJECTIVE :

1. Construction and maintenance “UJINA WALE BALA JI MAHARAJ SEWA TRUST” Meditation and Prayer Hall for the benefit of the public.

2. Construction and running of Schools, colleges, education institutions, free dispensaries, Centres for poor feeding and homes for the aged peoples.

3. Providing for grants, scholarships, fellowships and other forms of financial assistance to the needy and deserving students for pursuing education, vocational training, skill development etc.

4. Granting of financial assistance to any educational institution for granting scholarships, prizes, medals, awards for excellence in studies, sports and scientific research, distribution of books and note books for poor and deserved students.

5. Establishment, conduct, maintenance of clinical laboratories, hospitals, nursing homes, dispensaries and institutions of similar nature and providing financial assistance to the deserving persons for medical treatment, in any medical institution.

6. Providing financial assistance for performing annadhanam and feeding the poor directly and through other institutions.

7. Establishment, conduct, maintenance of old age homes, homes for physically challenged men, women and children and persons with similar disabilities and also for granting financial assistance to institutions performing similar activities.

8. Grant of donation to any Temple, Mosque, Church, Gurudwara and other places of worship and /or religious institutions. However, the Trust shall not undertake any religious activities.

9. Providing for or contributing to education and scientific research and development.

10. Providing relief to the poor and advancing any other object of general public utility.

11. The Trust will not carry out any activities with the intention of earning profit and will not perform with service motive only.

12. To spread awareness among masses about children’s Right to education, especially deprived sections of society children and providing them education and vocational training.

13. To assist the children of weaker sections of the society for getting them Governmental and Non Governmental help for education and vocational training in Government aided institutes including getting them admission in such establishment.

14. to assist old persons and aged parents in getting their rights from their family members as per the law and Government rules and regulation.

15. To borrow, raise loans from any person, bank or financial institution in such manner as the Trustees shall think proper and convenient for the furtherance of objects of the Trust and for this purpose the Trustees may secure repayment of these loans in any manner, as ,may be decided from time to time.

16. To do all necessary things for and incidental for the attainment of the above objectives of the Trust, for common welfare.

BENEFITS :

1. The Trust is established for the benefit of citizen of India and class of people mentioned above without discrimination of caste, religion, creed or sex.

2. Large number of deprived people belongs to weaker sections are getting Govt. aid with a commitment to  provide many facilities such as  free education to the children of weaker sections of society and other basic needs. Unfortunately despite Government and intellectual’s repeated efforts, these groups of deprived persons are not getting these facilities adequately. The organization’s Endeavour is to get the legitimate rights to these children so that off spring of the weaker sections of the society could get their right.

3. This is a multipurpose and useful project of the society.

Good thought & action can never produce bad results and bad thought & action can never produce good results.
